Exhibitor booths start out at 10′ x 10′. Please download and complete the Exhibitor Registration form found here: NOT YET AVAILABLE FOR 2011

Out of state vendors should visit the Indiana Department of Revenue’s INtax website to file the appropriate forms: Indiana Department of Revenue
